Heathrow To Helsinki Finnair Increases Flight Capacity

Post the Snow Disruptions and delays that have cost a fortune to the aviation industry throughout Europe, Finnair is among the few resuming airlines offering additional flights to stranded passengers as a measure to clear its backlog.

In a recent news release the airline stated that in addition to yesterday’s capacity increases due to the backlog of passengers affected by the closure of Heathrow, the airline is adding capacity on Heathrow to Helsinki flight as well on Friday 24th of December.

On Finnair’s flight to Helsinki, flight number AY832 departing at 10:20 from London Heathrow on December 24th, Airbus 340’s will be replacing A321.

The airline also states that demand is likely to be substantial so passengers should act fast in order to secure seats.
